This was posted today on Mani's site. We need to update asap.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

A bug was found in the code that could cause a crash when a player joined the server. This update fixes that bug. If you have any auto kicks/bans setup, or are using reserve slots you should update your server quickly. It also fixes a crash on banning a player.

Available here:
V1.2 T Legacy Source Engine (CS: S, Hl2: DM)
V1.2 T Orange Source Engine (DoD:S, TF2)

After loading you should receive the following information:
>mani_admin_build_date
"mani_admin_build_date" = "Feb 08 2010"
- The date this binary was built.
