Just cant scroll?
Try taken it down and putting it back up best i can come up with
if someone posts the HTML code i can open it and see maybe find out whats wrong and fix it

| From what I can tell its just a general thing with steam... the MOTD never HAS scrolled for me in any server on any game. | |
