Everyone's Attention Please

I would like to go on a rant about our clan's behaviour. How you behave and what you do reflects upon the whole clan, please always remember this and don't be selfish.

And what you do within the clan, on the forums, privately, etc, can drive people up the wall, without you knowing it.

I want to take this chance to talk to everyone in the clan in general, and none of this is directed to anyone of us individually.

When a random player comes into the server and asks you questions about the clan, BE NICE. If they are incredibly noobish, don't tell them to fuck off, show some respect. If they are a team killing douchebag with foul attitude, then it's OK to yell at them, but otherwise, be nice, god damn it.

Don't be too cocky. You're not good, you just managed a kill. Even if it's against a noob, you shouldn't say "haha noob" after every kill. It's just annoying, and you're not the best in the game, so chill, enjoy the game, and don't ruin everyone else's fun.

If you are an admin, and you come across a player needing punishment, deal with the situation with maturity. Don't slay someone without telling them what they did. Most players will obey if you tell them what you're doing wrong, believe me.

Those without admin, and you come across a player needing punishment, don't spend a whole hour insulting them and having an argument. Relax, fuck them up a bit, and find an admin online and get their details, like their STEAM ID and names, etc. You can report them and we can deal with them asap.

Please inform Beast or myself if you plan to, or have already modified anything at all on the server. LET US KNOW. It's annoying when we have to change things or reset them when we find things have fucked up on the server. It's a lot easier to let us know. We probably know more about setting servers up then you do, so please let one of us know before you make any changes on any of the servers, even if it's minor. If you don't, I most likely get blamed for it, so please be considerate.

I'll be honest right now; the reason we wanted to use the board-only admin system was that some clan members, and I ain't pointing any fingers, have been abusing, or misusing their admin powers in-game. This is immature and stupid, and can get you into big trouble, so use your damn brain when you do shit.

When you communicate with people, especially your own clan members, show respect, be clear, and don't try to pick a fucking fight. You're clan members, you're supposed to be friends. Don't look for something to criticise, look for something positive. Don't argue just for the sake of putting someone down, it's fucking moronic. Don't assume they know what you're talking about when you say something witty or something that's meant to be informative, explain yourself and be patient if one asks. And ask when you don't understand, don't fuck shit up.

Seriously, people, I don't want to see this clan fall apart, so everyone get their act together.

I wasn't blaming you specifically Ziah, it just so happened that the people who have access to the server, you were the only one online. I'm sorry if I took my frustration out on you, I was venting some. Nothing was directed toward you.
