The only phrases in Chinese I know is "Ni hao" and "Ni hao ma", which is "hello or hi" and "how are you" respectively, and the only reason I even know that is because of that kids show my daughter loves, "Ni hao Ki Lan!" That kids voice is AGRAVATING in that show, but it sure helped me to memorize what those two phases mean, lol

"Diu nei lou mou" is "fuck your mom" in Cantonese.

I love "chinese" food, but unfortunately here in Alabama, I don't think there's much in real chinese food, just the all you can eat buffets of chicken on a stick, honey chicken and.... wait.... pizza? thats not chinese at all! sneaky bastards...

There's one place in Houston that I've been to a few times, real Chinese food by real Chinese people. Great place to eat over there.
