No one can "create" the future, but everyone can influence the future. Everything you do, in some way has a small effect on the future. That's why time travel is really an impossibility, at least forward, however if you went backwards, one mistake could have devistating effects.

Yes, you are right "influence the future" is better term.

But I think time travel is possible. Now we have theory of relativity where maximum speed is speed of light. But even when you go near this speed you can travel in time - this is known as twin paradox.

And thats not all of course, I think there is a way how to overcome this limit. Because travell to the nearest star Proxima Centauri takes a long time and much longer time to the nearest exoplanet nearby Epsilon Eridani star. Yes, it is future - so it won't be during 100 years but rather 1000 or 10000 or more years.

And yes, there are some practical problems connected with time travell but I think we have a lot of time to find out solution. And main purpose in my opinion would be to see new cultures and new civilizations. Of course there is danger of improper use.

And by term "seeing future" I meant rather that someone can have sixth sense.
