Uh huh. We're still not certain whether or not we're going to make an exception for Talon. He isn't active and he hasn't proven that he's mature for his age.

If this was any other application, I'd give him a few more days, since it has only been 5 days since he applied.
But judging by the looks of this application, I don't think he has the right stuff for XGEN.
